Lost [9 PM, ABC] - This is important television, and unlike the filmic works of Lars von Trier, it's possible and necessary to watch these episodes more than once. Jack and Ben attempt to reunite the Ocean 6 passengers to go back to the island (with Locke's body) to save anyone still alive. Then they come under attack by unknown forces. If you need a recap of the first four seasons, check out Lost: Destiny Calls on at 8 PM. If you have never seen Lost before, wow, um, we don't really know what to say.

I'm pretty sure the term "mindfuck" was created with the sole intention of referring to Lost. Let me be a geek for a second, and say that I'm very excited that for the most part Creepy Physicist Guy seems to subscribe to the only logical explanation of time travel- that if you go back in time, you can't actually change anything, since it has already happened. So far only 12 Monkeys and JK Rowling have gotten that correct. Promising start to the season!
Oh I 100% agree with you about the whole time travel thing. In fact that is part of why I love the 3rd book cause the time travel was so damn logical. I hope this season is full of such good moments as the time ben pulled the gun out of the piano bench. or the opening teaser of the first episode of season 2.
