I mean I visited patients who were living in a government camp set up on a pig farm, literally a pig farm. If cholera spreads in Port-au-Prince, it will be a humanitarian crisis like no other. I've got some time off in November and I'm thinking I'll try to get back down there if it gets bad. (Don't worry Charles, I'll bring hand sanitizer and ORS).
