Or at least to the new exhibit on Pompeii at the Museum of Science opening next week. There is also an Omni film about archeology on the island of Santorini that looks really interesting. (I don't think it will have too much whizzing about shots so it shouldn't make you sick...)
And on a somewhat related note, scientists recently discovered that many of the walls in Pompeii were originally yellow, but due to the gases released by Mount Vesuvius, the paint transformed into the classic "Pompeiian red."
