there was pretty much nobody in the store yesterday, everybody was at home watching the inauguration. Love how excited the whole world is, not just americans. I also love how la mere now apparently loves Michelle Obama becase-and i quote- "she has bad hair". Not because she's a strong intelligent lady with a keen sense of style. Sigh.

omg la mere made the exact same comment to me. I was like "uh wait, she had bad hair? huh? I thought she was a style icon..."
is it me or does her comment have unfortunate racial undertones????
