Um, should I be concerned that F has not bothered to reply to my emails in the past 9 days? or that his prior emails have been tepid, infrequent and short?
no, I don't think you should be concerned. I'm sure he is a). jealous that you are off having adventures without him, and b). he is probably all obsessed with O starting office. He did seem to give his staff the day off last Tuesday and just blogged himself. He is probably just in a politics craze.
so he finally wrote back. apparently he's been in new york on business. something about meeting with tv producers. i hope that is not code for i've actually been in karachi doing sketchy things for the government.
